Our client, a top global hedge fund company, seeks candidates for the
post of Global Head of Compliance to be based in London but with a fair
amount of overseas travel. The incumbent will be responsible
for ensuring compliance globally and to play an integral part in
developing the company's business strategy which will be key to its
continuing prosperity. Despite the current financial turmoil, the
company continues to be profitable and is growing rapidly.
Candidates for this position must have the following attributes:-
Hard working, creative intellectual thinking, visionary and able to contribute significantly to future growth and profitability
Earning at least £300K total package currently
Have at least 5 years compliance experience in fund management industry
Have a proven track record of creativity and strategic thinking that will stand up to intense scrutiny
Leadership capabilities to successfully lead the various compliance teams globally.
