INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING & EXTRACTING - (PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD)
This folder contains the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Due to the way the Parliamentary website is set up, to download the Bill you have to download over 100 separate documents which is tedious to say the least.
You can avoid this tedium by downloading this folder from The Compliance Register. Please note that we have not de-activated the hypertext links contained in the documents.
Once again, The Compliance Register is pleased to be of service to its members and subscribers.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Click on the "Download" link at the bottom of this page and then save the downloaded file to disk.
2. Open the now saved file by double clicking on it in Windows Explorer.
3. Click on the UNZIP button to extract all of the FSMA files.
4. Click on the CLOSE button.
Once the file has been downloaded you will find a new
folder in your C:\TEMP folder, called FSMA2000.
This folder will contain
all of the FSMA documents which can be viewed using your web
browser.
