CERTIFICATE IN COMPLIANCE STUDIES

The Certificate in Compliance Studies (CCS) will be awarded by The Compliance Register to those who have completed all the four specified courses scheduled for October-December 2008. The CCS was launched on 01 March 2003. The CCS will be awarded on application subject to the relevant fees being paid. Successful candidates will be entered on to the CCS Register.

Each of the conferences is accredited by the Law Society. You can choose to take each conference individually if you are not working towards the CCS. The four courses specified are

· Technical Conference - Understanding the FSMA Regulatory Regime
· Technical Conference - Conduct of Business Rules
· MLROs Anuual Confernece
· Compliance Management & Practice
